"Great group of professional contractors. Rafal is a fantastic person and had creative and efficient ideas that no other contractors had suggested. We picked him because we had some floor joists (our ceiling in the basement) that were cracking and peeling so badly that they would have required an inordinate amount of time to sand and repaint with the proper paint. He suggested that they use a 1/8" drywall to cover the joists on all side. Brilliant!
Adam was our primary contractor and he did all work with the utmost care and precision. The transformation was amazing. We thought the price was very fair, especially considering the quality of work they provided. They rehabbed a great portion of our basement and did a ton of drywall work, painting, insulation, adding heating vents, epoxying floors, electrical work. As is always the case, after all the work was done we noticed a really minor electrical issue, that wasn't really a problem but more of a nuisance and Rafal came back immediately the next day to resolve. It took him maybe 5 minutes. That is what sets these guys apart from many others. Rafal seemed to really care. Yes, they sometimes get behind schedule, but the workmanship was great so we didn't mind. I'd rather have quality over speed any day. Thanks DHS!"
