Built on Trust.
Defined by Quality.
18+ years of transforming Chicago-area homes with integrity, precision, and genuine care for every client.
A Company Built on
a Simple Promise
Dream Home Services Inc. was founded in Chicago, IL with one guiding principle: treat every client's home as if it were our own. That means no shortcuts, no hidden fees, and no disappearing acts once the contract is signed.
Over the past 18+ years, we've built a reputation across the Chicago suburbs as the remodeling contractor that homeowners trust — and refer to their neighbors. Our team of licensed craftsmen brings expertise, professionalism, and genuine pride to every kitchen, bathroom, and basement we touch.
We have expanded to Southwest Florida, now proudly serving Naples, Bonita Springs, Marco Island, Estero, Fort Myers, and Cape Coral. The same craftsmanship, transparency, and dedication that built our reputation in Chicagoland is now available to homeowners along the Gulf Coast.
A Craftsman Who Leads
Every Project Personally
Hi, I'm Rafal — founder and owner of Dream Home Services. I started this company because I believed homeowners deserved a remodeling partner they could actually trust: someone who shows up, communicates clearly, and takes genuine pride in the finished result.
With over 18 years in the industry, I've personally overseen hundreds of kitchen, bathroom, and basement transformations across the Chicago suburbs. I'm hands-on at every stage — from the initial consultation to the final walkthrough — because your home deserves that level of attention.
When you work with Dream Home Services, you're not just hiring a contractor. You're working directly with me and a team that treats your home with the same care we'd give our own.
